DESCRIPTION

This Mini Cheesemaker is entirely constructed from AISI 304 STAINLESS STEEL and is ideal for agritourisms, farms, or anyone in need of a fast, reliable machine with professional performance. Thanks to the automatic management of heating and milk mixing, the water jacket that allows for temperatures near boiling without compromising the integrity of the milk, and the presence of a fully enclosed gear motor with two adjustable paddles on the shaft to modify the height based on the milk quantity, it is possible to produce cheese with any type of milk.

  • Stainless Steel Handrail Application: 304 stainless steel on the cooking vessel burners.
  • Gas Valve Cover Application: 304 stainless steel with hinge.
  • Stainless Steel Support Post Application: 304 stainless steel for expansion tank/motor support.
  • Expansion Tank: 304 stainless steel, 350 mm diameter, with float and overflow.
  • Water Circulator Application for VSP: ON-OFF switch, 230V.
  • Agitator: 14 g/min, 0.18 kW on the burner, diameter 40-70 cm, with protective cover.
  • ON/OFF Switch + Emergency Button: 230V with IP55 enclosure and stainless steel mounting bracket.
  • Micro Safety Switch Application: Fork-type on the mixer.
  • Stainless Steel T-Pipe: 90° with diameter 150, featuring sealing ring and locking clamp.
  • Safety Thermostat Application: For flue gases on the T-pipe.
