Thanks to the automatic management of heating and milk mixing, the water-jacket design that allows reaching temperatures near boiling without compromising the integrity of the milk, and the presence of a fully enclosed gear motor, to which two adjustable blades can be added on the axis to modify the height depending on the amount of milk, it is possible to produce cheese from any type of milk.
