Oxygen is the enemy of fresh flavours and hop character in craft beer. If you want to maintain the hop character of your beer for longer and retain the hop flavour and aroma, then you should eliminate oxygen.
Our Hop Doser eliminates the introduction of oxygen during dry hopping, allowing you to purge the air from the hops before dropping them into the fermenter.
